Information and consent regarding photographs and videos of SSE /LOTUSS students
Dear All, Sai Ram

Please find attached Information and consent form regarding photographs and videos of SSE /LOTUSS students. All centres/groups need to communicate this to the parents of the children. Parents will need to fill in the form giving the organisation the permission. This is very important as we need to adhere to legal requirements with regard to safeguarding children. The whole letter (with the completed details) will need to be retained at centre/group level and centre/group SSE coordinators will need to inform the Regional SSE Coordinator of the child’s name, class, date consent form received and who completed the form (mother or father).
I shall be forwarding the spreadsheet in the next few days to allow centre SSE coordinator to record the details from the attached form.
We need to get this consent form completed by parents as soon as possible so that photos can be taken during the Musical Offering.

BISSE - 'Communication' Team needs 2 volunteers.

Good Afternoon!! Hope you are well.

The BISSE Communication Team needs your assistance with 2positions....

1) BISSE Region 2 Co-ordinator -Region 2 is London (North and West) and the neighbouring counties.
This position involves being active in SSEHV in the Region, a fewof the responsibilities would be:

a) Working with the Head of Communicationto establish links with Schools and Local Authorities
b) Periodically liaising withBISSE Training Team to organise SSEHV Trainings in the area
c) Represent BISSE at the Region 2 SSSSOUK meetings.

2) eNewsletter Co-ordinator - Thisposition involves being active in:
a) Gathering articles
b) Editing articles
c) Layout and formatting using"Dreamweaver" and "HTML" coding. (Training can beprovided for these)
